The Pidge Inn Terms and Conditions

Many of our rooms have lofts with twin XL beds that are accessible only by ship ladders.  These ladders have railings but do not have gates at the top.  Your kids will love them, and so will adults!  Although, due to the ladder’s pitch, these lofts are not suitable for the very young, elderly, or anyone with acutely poor balance.  These rooms are equipped with king beds on the main floor for the comfort and safety of these guests.

Guest Services:  The Pidge Inn operates with a hands-off approach to luxury hospitality.  Our team is on-site every night and most of the time during the day.  We want you to have a great experience.  We are only a phone call or text away if assistance is needed.  You will see us around the property as well.

Virtual Check-in: 4PM - Please send us a text to let us know you have arrived.

Virtual Check-out: NOON - Please send us a text to let us know you are leaving.

Hotel Conduct / No Party / No Noise / No Smoking / Policy:  The comfort and well-being of our guests is our #1 priority at The Pidge Inn.  Because of this, we have a strict, no exceptions “Hotel Conduct / No Party / No Noise / No Smoking Policy”.  You will be required to sign a compliance agreement when reserving a room.

1.      Parents/Chaperones are AT ALL TIMES responsible for their children/group members.

2.     This is a SMOKE-FREE hotel, a $250 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking/vaping in a guest room including the patio or balcony.  You must be 25 feet from any hotel entrance to smoke/vape.

3.     Maximum number of guests allowed in a suite 6 & 9 is (6), lofts 2, 3, 4 is (4), and rooms 1, 5, 7 & 8 is (2).  If the occupancy numbers are exceeded, there will be a fee of $50 per person and individual(s) may be asked to leave.

4.    NO PARTIES are allowed in the guest rooms at any time.  More than the allowed occupancy in a room is defined as a party.  Authorities will be called and occupants will be evicted from the hotel.  Criminal charges could be applicable.

5.     Pool parties are not permitted at any time.

6.    Loud noise, loud music, loud voices, horseplay, high traffic in/out rooms, and loitering are not permitted and can result in immediate eviction with no refund.

7.     All noise complaints which result in compensation to guests disturbed will be charged to the guest room whose noise caused the complaint.

8.    While we attempt to give one warning before eviction and/or calling the police, this policy may be enforced without warning, in order to protect other guests.

9.     Any guests found tampering with the hotel fire / emergency system will be subject to a $1000 fine.

10. All money, deposits and rents will be forfeited upon eviction.

No Pets Policy

Pool and Hot Tub:  Our pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.  This is a shared space with the marina.

No Breakfast Served:  Make plans for breakfast before you arrive.  Meijer is on the way into town to bring breakfast with you.  Breakfast restaurants are around 10 minutes away.

Payment: VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.

Rates: Price is based on quoted room occupancy.

Peak Season: Minimum number of night stays may be required.

Taxes: All rooms subject to __6%  __State Use Tax and __5%  County Tax.

Deposits:   A 50% deposit is required for two or more nights.  The final charge is processed two days prior to your stay.  A full night’s deposit is required towards a one night stay.

Cancellation: A $20 fee will be charged for any cancellation to cover processing fees. In addition, cancellations made within a week from the start date of the reservation will be charged an additional 25% of the reservation amount and, within two days of the start date will be charged 50% of the reservation amount.  No refund is available for same-day cancellations.

We have a right to refuse service.
